A comprehensive analysis of how hazards will impact critical services and functions. This includes identification of essential and non-essential services.

A formal, written corrective action plan to track strategies designed to mitigate high risk hazards identified on the risk assessment.

Uses the risk assessment template to identify and contextualize hazards, assess hazard probability and impact, identify gaps and suggest corrective actions. Premium package subscribers have access to the ReadifyHVA application.

Develop and update the relevant EM policies required by CMS.

Develop and update the comprehensive Emergency Management Plan using its Emergency Plan template

Develop and update as necessary the organization’s comprehensive EM Program using the EM Program template.

Document Management includes managing document control, permissions, version history, etc., of all emergency management related documents located on the EM Workspace.

Assist with migrating all emergency management related documents to the EM Workspace.

EM Committee Workspace is an additional page to the EM Workspace designed to improve awareness and collaboration of the EM Committee members.

EM Workspace is a SharePoint team site design specifically to manage all aspects of an organization’s Emergency Management Program. This site allows all members of the EM team to seamlessly collaborate on all EM planning and program improvement issues.
