ReadifyRM allows only one administrator of the application. The owner of the email address used to create the account when purchasing the app must assign themself as first administrator and then add at least one user as a “member”. The administrator can then edit the member and change their role to administrator and click the update button. Once this is done, the administrator will then edit their own role and change it to member, then click the update button. To make the changes final, click the “submit” button at the lower right-hand corner of the Admin Portal.
No, you cannot use risk management solution – ReadifyRM when you are offline.
ReadifyRM is SharePoint webpart designed to operate on Microsoft SharePoint. All users of the application will need a Microsoft365 account and a designated SharePoint site or SharePoint page where the application will be installed. To access the reports feature, at least one user will require access to Microsoft Power BI. This is usually provided by your organization’s Information Technology department.
Every ReadifyRM license includes one hour of technical support to assist with application setup and Power BI configuration. After purchasing the application, you can schedule a time with our technical support team to set up the application. If you need additional support after setup, the application has a built in Support/Feedback button on each page. Clicking on this button will open up a form. Complete the necessary information, submit the form, and we will contact you shortly.
All of the information you entered into the application will remain on your SharePoint site and will be available if/when you reactivate your subscription. Please note, to prevent accidental expiration of the application, Readify, LLC has designed the subscription to auto renew at the time of purchase. You must manually turn off auto renewal or manually cancel your subscription by logging into your account on Readify’s website.
